การผจญภัยครั้งใหม่ของ Chocobo ที่ได้หลงเข้ามาในเมือง Memoria เมืองแห่งเวลาที่สูญหาย  ในเมืองนี้ได้มีระฆังที่สามารถลบความทรงจำของทุกคน ... Chocobo จึงต้องช่วยเหลือนำความทรงจำของทุกคนกลับมาอีกครั้ง และเด็กหนุ่มปริศนาที่ตกมาจากฟากฟ้า Raffaello จะเป็นใคร เขากุมความลับของเมืองนี้เอาไว้
